Due to a death in the family we relocated to a relative's home and started renting out our starter home that has an FHA Loan at 6%.

My husband and I lived in the Indy area prior to relocating to Australia in 2009 (we both have US citizenship) and decided that since we know the Indy area (mostly suburbs, not so great on the city itself) and we have a trusted contact that is doing PM for us, we would start here.  

Or incompetent.Or, as is often the case, relocated and someone living in the subject property but not paying the taxes (or rent) while fat, dumb and happy.Your most valuable skill will be skip tracing; finding people who have a record ownership interest. 

I have prepped them for a low-ball offer and they seem ok with that...they simply wish to relocate to Texas.If you are interested or can point me in the direction of someone who may be, I'd be very appreciative.  

(husband got relocated for work)I need each page of my 9 page lease initialed, and 3 signatures.Can I have each of them sign separate copies of the lease since I will have to email her copy.

I think some other things you can do is pay for relocation, and assist in a security deposit, but that might be pushing it.Paying for personal property is probably still going to be an under the table thing.

Moving costs and other misc. expenses can be claimed in addition to the purchase price.What you might consider is having the city get involved with relocating the home and covering costs of a new site with a little money for the trouble.

I'm relocating to southern Oregon and I noticed RE prices are a far cry from the San Francisco bay area where I was born and raised.
