How do you see prospective buyers coming to inspect the property?

Or since the seller is not a client/prospective client is that still necessary? 

We saw two prospective tenants lose their jobs right before signing the lease this past week which is going to add vacancy across the board. 

Jason you are totally right about the prospect of collecting back rent, forget about it.However expect announcements from various state governments to offer rental assistance, in the state of Washington the coalition of housing providers (several statewide associations) have been working with the governors' office to roll out such a plan.

Building Department: How much will the permit cost for the project and for the new construction?

Two more that are working in daycares and weren't sure what was going to happen today-- the governor today announced that daycares would be permitted to operate on a limited basis with a special pandemic license and procedures.

Nothing that requires permits, the city, or a bank (for REOs) to complete and with very short timelines (which I'm prepared to minimally double).
