Even for rent/sale listings in urban zips phone rings off the hook and even ppl go by knocking asking if the garage is for rent or rent-to-own and so on since would be perfect for 'GROW UP'.They are even blunt about how the biz is and will split generous profits.

Lowes has a perfect tile and it comes in a nice thin plank for diy setters as well as the big 12x24, which aren't that hard just don't do a 50% offset, AND it has bullnose tiles for edges.
