Bathroom remodel advice needed
Planing to remodel the 2 bathrooms in my house and then renting it out and buying another place
I need to replace a tub and vanity in one bath and the shower and tile in the other
Looking for advice from people who do alot of rental rehabs on some good tile tub and vanity choices for rentals ?
Maybe theirs like a standard Home-depot Loews type shower and flooring tile and vanities people commonly put in there rentals?
I'm having a hard time making a solid choice

It doesn't matter what you personally like, since you are turning it into a rental. What do renters like in your area?
I will say this: white subway tile and a white tub with chrome faucets are classic and timeless. That is what I use in my own remodels. Sometimes with a variation on the tile, i.e. wider than normal, or with a slight texture, etc, but something that will look good 20 years from now. In my opinion, your "modern" tub/shower is going to look "So 2000's" in a few years.
If your walls are not plumb and square, bigger tiles will be harder to work with. Smaller tiles forgive a lot of problems in walls (and floors).
