Very skeptical about rent being paid on time and stuff like that if anyone has properties like that or bought in the past please let me know your opinion on this deal.

I don't know what kind of indicators people are used to seeing, but this is a strong counter to the opinion that the neighborhood is fringe, or only appeals to DINKs, or is dangerous.From a new investment standpoint there is a lot of competition for the few deals left, but there is a steady supply of new listings because people are cashing out.

Others opinion may not be relavent to you current financial siduation.

This is my first step just gaining as much knowledge as humanly possible I have saved up about 40,000 and have access to VA home loans just trying to figure out what strategy is the best to start so I can direct my focus on that any insight or opinion Is greatly appreciated.
