The official name of the program is “housing choice voucher”, meaning the tenant with a voucher chooses your home.

Nothing jumps out and @John Underwood has some good suggestions, but maybe a digital antenna might work if you can pick up the channels.  

Almost certainly they will want it built on a solid foundation, which doesn't sound like it would be an issue for what you want to do...Depending on what is/isn't allowed in your jurisdiction - or what is a grey area, such as a tiny house - building a friendly relationship with local officials can often help clear up any confusion and red tape to get you going.
