Yes,  I love the Rhode island idea of a commute, it is like 20 minutes and it is not snow because there is less snow in RI then MA. 

Believe m, a lot of other lenders charge interest only on borrowed funds, look around before closing a deal. 

Most people reading BP would never have considered buying that because YUP it has to cash flow or your making a mistakeI agree with what you write and when you say that some people don't have the same opportunities we have in California, but at the same time I still own properties in Idaho, Massachusetts, Colorado and California and had I had a good business model where cashflow was a good factor to follow my net worth today would be more than 20 times what it is if I did the math for cashflow and put an emphasis on appreciation.

Better than having to get myself out 2 hours to western MA every time I want to check something out.
