Most people reading BP would never have considered buying that because YUP it has to cash flow or your making a mistakeI agree with what you write and when you say that some people don't have the same opportunities we have in California, but at the same time I still own properties in Idaho, Massachusetts, Colorado and California and had I had a good business model where cashflow was a good factor to follow my net worth today would be more than 20 times what it is if I did the math for cashflow and put an emphasis on appreciation.
