New investor looking for mentors in the New Bedford, MA area!

I'm excited to join the BiggerPockets community as I embark on my real estate investment journey. I am new to investing and looking to buy my first multifamily home in the greater New Bedford area to house hack with an FHA loan.

I am reaching out to this community to find mentors and seek advice from experienced investors in the area. I am eager to learn and soak up as much knowledge as possible.
