My P&I with them is pretty low.

A reputable company such as mine will be able to demonstrate call logs and messages between the company and the residents.Maintenance is something in my opinion you have to trust the management company and maintenance team on and have a comfort level with them.

Townhomes are extremely low density.

So essentially, if you use that loan product, you wont have to worry about "using up" your low down payment loan quota.

Doesn't matter if the cost is in interest rates, purchase price, maintenance or whatever.
