Based on all this I decided I would be better off terminating this lease, doing some repainting/light work to the apartment and trying to get a new tenant that I can screen in the apartment. 

Does anyone have a good landscaping and irrigation contractor in Denver that they trust?  

Hello all, I am just getting into the wholesaling game, and had some questions that hopefully some will be able to shed a little light on.

Electricians, plumbers, landscapers, painter, etc.

I've paid 4 contractors to install light switches in the kitchen ... and the dang light switches still didn't come out how I spec'd them to EACH one on paper. 

you can use a heat treatment but the best seems to be a ultraviolet light disinfectorit kills everything and that way you are not using chemicals or have any missesthese units you can rent they are not cheap but it does the job and it saves you from the exterminator feesthey are called true d uvthey use them in health care and hospitalsenjoy

Make sure your rental agreement covers whose responsible for the upkeep of the landscaping.

Streets that have long term neighbors, cut grass, nicely landscaping, kids playing in the streets, etc.. 

I am also interested to see if the Link Light Rail extension will actually happen.

Once the kids are completely out of daycare, the light gets much brighter :).
