Subcontractor referrals in Portland Oregon

I just got my first house under contract and I am putting my ducks in a row.  My mentor has several subcontractors that I will be working with, but I would like to be prepared if any of them are unable to meet my needs. Does anyone have any referrals in the Portland, Oregon area they would be willing to share so that I can start building my own lists of subs?  Electricians, plumbers, landscapers, painter, etc. I need to build as many relationships as possible.

@Anthony Buzzard @Michael Do

I know these two guys do construction with investors. Way to go and good luck on your first property!
