Now, you can get greedy (as I probably would be in this situation, putting aside the worry that one of the Airbnb guests are a bad apple and destroy the place / stay around and you have to evict them).It could be a win-win.

So you really need to clarify this when looking at comps; it's truly apples and oranges otherwise.The listing agent shared with you they had a financed offer at $255k, and a cash offer at $210k - both offers seem to be aligned with your value estimates...yet you're assuming their lying and considering raising your offer to $200k?

Business is bringing in 40-60k profit a month and looking to invest but lack credit history for conventional commercial lending.Paid for college out of pocket, built business abroad while renting, didn't own a car or credit card...now small secured card and credit card, 1k limit and virtually no credit history...and 50k a month to invest.How?

I started work at a young age and have always been a very hard worker, very dependable but lacked in education but I have changed my mentality and I should finish my GED this month and hopefully start working on my Real Estate License to gain more knowledge about real estate, right now I work in production and I have been for the last 8 yrs and I am ready for something new , I hope to own, rent and flip real estate in the future.

I have also been able to network with quite a few other successful people in my field that have a lot of free capital but who lack any sort of investment savvy and have basically never invested in anything.Basically, I am trying to figure out a way to link these investors up with deals from real estate investors in Denmark, Germany and the US that I have worked with before.
