looking for help in saving my flip

I am a fairly new flipper.I successfully flipped a couple of properties in 2015, and am currently faced with my first failure. Property had a few surprises that used up all of my cash.  Still have plenty of equity in the deal, just cash poor. Amy suggestions?

I can understand this. I'm looking for an investor who is will to partner up with me. My current investor in looking to buy out because our communication has broken down. I have a portfolio of properties currently about 100 homes. I owe my investor about $60,000.00 and need about $40,000.00 to rehab a couple of the homes.

I am open to terms and will secure investments with mortgage liens against the properties. This site will not let me post my phone. But I'm located in Michigan and the name of my company is Advantage Real Estate Consultants LLC
