Impressive either way!

The only way I have been able to receive a sufficient answer on the impact of these certificates is to scout out profiles on LinkedIn of people who have the certificate from the school you are seeking and what other background they have and what jobs they have. 

My first impression is that there is not a lot of equity and he doesn't have money because he's 4 months behind.  

I really don't think I would have impressed her so much if I didn't treat my real estate investing as a BUSINESS. 

They are conditioned to that being their initial impression of a property and if you had a good picture taken of the front of your home and had it as the thumbnail then it would probably result in a little more interest. 

You'll have to guess where I am as to experience, current savings, income level and my interests, (and pretend I have no profile pic and this is my 2nd post) but tell me how to get to $10k per month while in my jammies if the White House isn't the answer.

Not sure who she was told by that it needed to go through probate but she's under the impression that it must.

You might be under the impression you can negotiate a lower price not having an agent, but you are likely wrong.

My impression is that Personal Capital is even less capable than Mint on the managing finances front.
