Hey David,Great questions.I believe agents will need to be more resourceful, have better systems in place for streamlining the entire process and will need to be able to handle most tasks remotely - i.e. consultations, virtual tours, e-signatures.Its really not too different from where things were headed pre-COVID.In my opinion, agents will still be a vital part of the process for both buyers and sellers.

However population and job growth are both high and will likely continue.Meanwhile, there is a smaller town a couple hours away of about 20k people with much better cashflow.

We have grown our portfolio to 30 units we own entirely and an additional 14 units we have with additional partners.About a year ago we began to grow concerned that the rent appreciation that we were seeing was growing much faster than the income growth for most of our tenets in this asset class.
