I hope someone out there can and does help, I feel like there are plenty of other people that need to know this besides me.BP does not permit self permotion even on threads where people are asking.. thus people have to recommend someone they use, but after a while it gets old as it’s not their business to promote someone else’s business each and every time someone ask on BP...American Tracers is good, I’ve used them plenty, and it’s founder Corey Crane, is on the forum.

I've also read on forums that the customer service is super limited with this method, by email only, so no personal touch at all, which obviously, is the cornerstone of a real estate agent's value, along with their knowledge and expertise of their local market.The day we can take emotions out of selling or buying real estate is the day realtors will cease to exist.

As some have mentioned on the forums, it takes days and days and days (4-5 to be exact) to get your payments through dwolla.

If someone posted that up in the forum and asked to analyze the deal, I would say it's not a great deal, but it's not terrible either.

Setting up keywords is another great option as you'll be notified anytime your area of interest is discussed on a forum post.Chances are, if theres a top investor-friendly-agent in Nashville, they've been recommended at least once before on a previous forum.Best of luck to you!
