Hi Bigger Pockets! I am a new member from the San Diego area. My full time job is as an officer in the Navy, but I am involved in quite a few side hustles. I purchased a condo with a VA loan last year, but I am looking to extend into multi-family purchases this year. Currently looking at 2-4 unit deals. Any and all advice welcome and greatly appreciated. Trying to be a sponge by listening to the podcasts and read as much as I possibly can.

Welcome Miles! I am also a newer member in San Diego looking to do some similar things. From my short time on the forums, I have proactively messaged and set up meetings with lots of people in the area. I recommend you do the same to build your network. It's amazing how many people you can connect with in such a short period of time here!
