How can I find the balance between deducting expenses and remain lendable?

We are training them to find properties that have not been on the MLS while using strategic financing.

You have the passion, but you want to find some connections in real life or start the ball rolling here and take that to a meetup.

It does seem like the owner is less of a landlord and more of a glorified RA.If you can find the right tenants and live there as long as possible to make sure care is given to the space, I believe that will go along way.

So I started researching books on investing and lo and behold if I didn’t find Rich Dad Poor Dad.

I think landlords are looking for better ways to reduce cost and find ways to not have to increase rent too much.
