Hello everyone, I finally found what I think could be a potential investor and I just want to know how I should approach them.

Hey All,So I was out for a run the other day when I passed a house FSBO that I've passed probably more then a dozen times but finally decided to call.

Is there a book or other resources you can recommend that discusses construction loans, bridge loans, and the final stabilized commercial loan (the latter I am well versed in).

Thanks again to everyone that responded and just to update this post I did finally move in and to date it has been 12 days since the 60 day mark. 

I have left numerous emails, voicemails, and finally a registered letter, which got there attention.  3 weeks later and right after reciving the registered letter I receive a voicemail, stating they do not see why a 3 month inspection must be done and he doesnt want it performed.

@Jason Farmer pretty much hit the nail on the head on this one.

I was finally able to save up some money ($1,800) and I feel that I should use that money wisely and start my REI career.

But heck, even if you don't like the final product, your only out a few bucks and you can still lay the plank vinyl. 

Hey folks, So the time has come to finally move forward with a home/investment purchase. 

After spending a lot of time online and having one house go under contract the day I put my offer in and having another house go with a different offer after a few days of negotiating, I've finally found a house that  I'm going to buy!
