I'm really trying to avoid paying for a NOTE course or buying a book that will most likely be fluff.Thanks in advance.

Hey there,I just finished reading a book in which the author laid out his average buying, holding, and selling costs for his rehab/flips.

With lots of books, questions and mistakes that we learned from....

Over and above that, only recently did I really tried to act upon my learnings from the book, videos, forums, etc.

I have a little note book about 5"x7" I write my todo list.

You need his book, there are no magic calendars, software, or other things to buy - give it a look.

Also, you can obtain Wendy Patton's book on the subject, which is pretty good.

I was recently told that my current situation is bad...but was then promted to buy this person's book.
