Depending on the type of investment strategy you select, you can get all the information you want and need from reliable sources which allows you to conduct your independent research.  

That being said, it makes the most sense (i think, please state your opinion) for me to run the business end of things (keeping the books, showing and selecting rentors, etc) and have the other two do the maintenance stuff.

This is my goal here otherwise yet I feel like a novice on learning about the land values, feasible properties selection criteria and how to place a good listing and a house for selling. 

Does anybody have extensive knowledge in this field?
