I am extremely excited to announce that I have completed and passed the Real estate Exams for the State of Arizona and now a Licensed Real Estate agent. 

Overall this type of situation would make me nervous and I would not be excited about this rental group.Then again I don't know your market and that always effects things a lot, but in my situation I would rather wait until I found a renter I had less doubts about.

We know the neighborhoods, the people, and the problems. 10 years ago I was down on my city and would have easily agreed with most of what you've said but now I feel a bit different.Over this last year, Syracuse has seemed to wake up from a long deep slumber and the activity is very exciting to people like me.

I am excited to announce that we close on our first investment property tomorrow!

We're both excited to be here and start a new chapter in Texas as my Aviation career lead us to this great area .  

I found this site from the podcast and am excited to get involved here.  

Was counting the days until the 15th when my son closes on his home [ ready to get in there and start fixing it] and just found out that since he is paying cash, he can close BEFORE the 15th. Yay!
