I have recently joined BP as a Pro member, and I've really enjoyed seeing the informative posts, and how helpful everyone is. 

I know most of us here own multiple properties, but I am curious as to how many of us enjoy the RV lifestyle, and still manage properties or a business while on the road and what are some tips and tricks to help out somebody new that is hesitant about being so far away from their investments for months at a time?

We enjoy and would recommend both.

I own 7 rentals, including one vacation rental and have done over 20 flips!  

Your friends that earn a good living and have all of the toys, do it because that's what they enjoy.

They do not want to live in a building shared with other apartments anymore, so they enjoy having their own house for 2-3 years.Once the 2nd kid comes along they start looking for bigger space but that is okay.

I do enjoy flipping but I would really like to get into land-lording.

Im a young aspiring Real estate investor looking to get into my first buy and hold rental soon and really just grow my career through persistence and hard work so I can enjoy passivity and get out of the rat race.I'm interested in small multi-family and also ways to finance those deals with low and no money down(Just bought the book).I would love to hear advice and success stories from anyone in the surrounding area, or anyone in general.

On my rare moments of down time I enjoy photography, traveling, college football/basketball, petting llamas and talking to my dog about the emotional benefits of barking less.
