In addition to that, google search Ron Legrand and check out some of his youtube sessions.  

I highly recommend spending the money to save far more.If you don't have any properties and are still in the beginning stages, maybe get a quick session with a good CPA to make sure you're approaching the financials correctly to maximize your savings.

Often you will increase your return this way as you are in control about the property that you purchase, the property management that can be engaged, etc.

PoL sent an email just days ago to their clients reassuring us that their recent $250 million engagement with a large institutional credit fund won't affect their commitment to the crowd, and that they won't follow the direction of their fellow marketplace lenders.Hmmm, just when I was considering giving my hml activities and investing more heavily with them, now I have doubts.
