Investor/Agent in Tampa, FL - Flat Fee Broker Feedback?
Hi Everyone!
I'm an investor in the Tampa, FL market and I just passed my FL Sales Associate state exam to become my own agent!! I'm currently seeking a flat fee broker in the area to hang my license with.
I've spoken with, and sat down with, a few brokers already and I have a good feeling on which broker I'm going to pursue. BUT...
Before I actually sign and process my paperwork with the DBPR, I'd like to get some impartial input and feedback from the local BP Community on good broker relationships that you have as investors/agents.
Does anyone have a GREAT relationship with their broker? If so, what are your terms, and what do you like best/least about them?
Any feedback is much appreciated!
Thanks,
Jon
