This runs counter to conventional wisdom, but there are plenty of them on BP and in local REIAs who are willing to help you succeed.

Despite plenty of reading and listening to lectures, there is no replacement for experiential learning.

We have a lot of members from up that way so you'll find plenty of opportunity to network here.

As long as they've given plenty of notice, I remind them of their obligation to the lease and remind them that they are responsible for that entire lease but... if they will keep the place neat and clean so that I can show it to new prospects I will try to fill it.

We have a lot of 5,000-6,000 SF lots and older homes and as evidenced in the continued demand and multiple offers for such new homes, there is plenty of demand even at the higher price point.

Plenty of people throw properties out on the market with an n reasonable price.

I have plenty of personal investing experience in Detroit and it's certainly not a market I (or my company) would recommend to our clients.
