Customer service matters if you're in this for the long haul IMO.To know a market you can have a solid grasp pretty quick with the info on the MLS.

They provide a lot of useful information at local REIAs and I have heard good things about their business but I haven't been a customer yet.

In my "other" job, I deal with a very large customer base. 90% of the customers, I don't even know who they are - they pay their bills, on time, every month, and have no complaints.
