Good tenants!
We have a great tenant that has always paid us a week ahead of time. We always wait till the 15th (due date) to cash his check. Today he sent a nice letter with his check. You can't beat a great tenant!

I believe a happy tenant is a good tenant. If you do right by them 95% will appreciate what you do and will do right by you
