I said okay cool I will be doing that. now today, he says nevermind, I want to sell the house, and you need to move out by the send of the month. it is August 20th. so that gives me like 10 days to find a new place to live and be moved out. so since my contract does end at the end of August, does the landlord have the right to make me leave, even though he told me I could renew my contract for at least another month?
