Getting Started With The Rest of My Life

Logan Harrell
Posted

I am wanting to get into renting out small homes and duplex/multifamily units. I wish I had the money in had right now to where I could put down $50-100k on a property, but that just isn't the case. I do have a few thousand I could take to the bank for a mortgage on a property. I just want to know should I even consider this right now? Or should I wait a couple more years? Also, I am from Arkansas, where life isn't as expensive as many other states.

Any tips are appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hi, Logan: Where in Arkansas are you located? A good way to get started in the business is with a house hack. Live in a house while you work on it. This especially works for a duplex or triplex.
