So for those you've interviewed, what's the hang up.. not meeting your criteria or they decide afterwards they don't want to submit an application after viewing.

For local investors, Semmes is probably ok and there is absolutely community pride and pride of ownership in the Orange Mound area.  

Would definitely be interested in hearing about Kenosha's market, as it seems like a community more on the rise, and thus more lucrative for flipping.

I am new to BP but already appreciate the community!

BP has been a huge part of this and I can't thank the community enough.

Mine has been MFU 5+ near schools and looking for applicants with children, no pets.Current marketing PLUS is single car lockable garages - - rare and save tenants cost of storage spaces.

A good agent will be involved in the local real estate agent community and let people know what you are looking for, this exact scenario has put me in the position to buy many off market deals.
