He was putting in a 4 foot tall fence with climbing roses to block the view of the graves and pathway.The folks are not likely to want to pay the expenses to move the bodies--that is likely why they are in the yard to start with.

We were not able to view the property before hand but did have pictures and a assessment of the property to go off of.When we finally closed and went inside to look it over and get a plan together, we noticed that the paint was peeling (the LR and hallway are a lime green and every other room in the house is a different color) in just about every room.

I quickly found that almost all of the property owners were unhappy, until I landed in the leasing position driving cash flow to them that they had been longing for.Wasn't long until the owner of the company and a property owner came to me, pretty much asking that I discriminate and not leave any vacant units to any other color than white caucasian.

@William CoetMany developments use deed restrictions to have consistency including type of building, size, square footage, materials, colors, styles, etc and have associations to make sure people follow the rules.

What I have done, is laid out the flower beds and put in rich colored mulch to make them look nice, and you can still get all the trimming of bushes and trees and such done.
