Foreclosure with 3 Graves.
Recently bought a 3/2 on 25.5 acres on the court house steps. The house was occupied so I went after the auction to tell them they had 30 days and that is when I discovered there are 3 bodies buried in the backyard. I am getting mixed answers from my lawyer vs people at the local funeral home. Does anyone know if the previous owners can come and go as they please to visit the Graves if they are unwilling to move them? Thanks
