@Michael Veal  If you go to the public website of jurisdiction of the home you are interested in you should be able to find find the property tax rate of that jurisdiction and the assessed value of the home.

When the tenant gives you the "official" notice, ask for a look-see to assess how much you need to do and start advertising it as soon as you can with the caveat it'll be available 1 XXX 2020.
