Hello Bp team,

I am a newbie to this investment world. I have came across the house hacking strategy and I feel that it fits me. My man focus is on single family/small multi-family. But my question is do anyone recommend investing in condo units especially since I do live in an expensive market. I am thinking of being roommates.
