There isn't even any blow in the attic..Wanted to get some updated opinions from BP on this debate.

You can do it yourself but it likely won't be as well as a professional PM company.You're also valuing your time at $0 (which so many people do, it blows my mind).

I posted last night about my vacants on Craig's List then this morning I got all fancy and posted them on FaceBook Marketplace.Boy howdy did the FB people blow up my phone.

Vs paying 20k for repairs and upgrades....At the same time, getting capital is often the slowest/hardest part and if you blow it now on something you could set yourself up for failure on a better deal in the future.With all that said, 700-800k better get you some crazy rent because that's a decent chunk to deploy elsewhere...What helped me was coming up with a goal of what I wanted per month in profit...then I found the most efficient way to do that.

You should accept that and move on.Yes, you could tell them it's a business and to not call you on your cell phone at 10pm to tell you the rent will be two days late because their new baby is teething and they haven't found a job and how was your fishing trip and by the way the toilet isn't flushing and the neighbors are letting their leaves blow into our yard. 

Blows my mind this is the norm here in Hawaii.

However, sometimes if it's too slick, I think the owners aren't smart enough to realize they're blowing money on an ego project.

I personally am an advocate of cleaning up the internet so there are not so many sites to have to scan through to find information.

I didn't say that he didn't advocate for his client because he certainly did as evidenced from us going back and forth a couple times on the price.
