website for a rental property?

First, thanks for all the information provided at BP, it's been very helpful.
I've recently purchased a property and I will be looking for tenants soon. I'm wondering if landlords have begun using the internet to provide prospective tenants information about their properties for rent. I'm thinking of making a website (very cheap) which would provide pictures of the property, tenant rental criteria, pet policy, rental application and a maintenance request link. I've seen property management companies do this on Craigslist. I'm wondering if individual landlords have begun doing this also and what your thoughts on this might be?

Thanks

Sounds like a good idea to me. I do the same thing. When the house is rented take down the link, but don't delete the page. Hide the page until you need to rent it out again.
