Our team closed on 8 units on Friday morning, and we close on 5 units on this coming Friday.

We currently own 2 duplex's which we rent out both side, and are closing on a new SFR this Friday.

Last Friday, I received news that my permanent resident application was approved which was 6-8 months faster than what I thought was best case scenario.

On Friday, the next door neighbor to one of my rentals in Trenton, NJ called me to let me know he had water in his basement, could hear water running in the house, and that he hadn't seen my tenants in over a week.

I'm a lot more patient with someone who says, "I can leave the deposit to hold the unit today and pay you first month's rent next week when I get paid on Friday after I get off work".

I'm curious if that's the case.I started the listing at $2,400/Mo. and when that got over 100 views with zero inquiries over the span of a week I dropped it to $2,175 last Friday.
