Hello BP,

My name is Brent Willey. I am married and have a 9 month old daughter.

I'm new to the real estate investment world, but I'm eager to grow. I invest with a cash flow based, holding strategy. I currently own one single family property that I purchased in October in OKC where I was born and raised.

I'm hoping to purchase more properties with the goal of replacing my wife's income. Then, one day I plan on replacing my own income and investing full time. One day I hope to be financially independent and to be able to teach others how they can do the same for themselves.

My goal is to close on at least 2 properties in 2014. I want to increase my units closed each and every year.

God bless.
