If they say jump you ask how high because if you decide to be a pain in their butt they hold the power in most situations.

Also do videos it's a pain and you may feel like you have nothing to offer but put yourself out there.

The ones downtown will be expensive and anything you do downtown is a pain because of the traffic and parking.

Some people dig out their basements and get a legal apartment below them.... a painfully slow process from what I've observed.

I upgraded the property (i spent more than $3000 by far) and when i finished, i already had a waiting list (even though i raised rents from $450 to $600) and, to my relief, my tenants go out of their way not to be evicted.
