Looking For the Right Contractor(s)
I'm getting frustrated.
In the past year, I have successfully bought, rehabbed, rented, and refinanced about 10 properties. However, I shake my head at the amount of deals I could have done like that IF I had the right contractor/construction teams in Indianapolis. I have gone back and forth on several different guys that have been recommended to me in town, but none that just "get it." Very, very frustrating.
I am looking for the right "go-to" contractor. I will keep him extremely busy with rental-grade rehabs. I am even willing to pay a premium on deals, so long as communication and processes are streamlined. I have the cash, I have the deals, and I have the take-out lender...I just need the construction/contractor piece.
I realize that I am asking someone to give me a unicorn with a contractor like this...but one has to exist, right? Can anyone in Indy point me in the right direction or give me a recommendation...?????
