Chances are, my competitors crew is there on site and you can see first hand what kind of work is getting completed.Otherwise, Brant's suggestion of the Home Depot desk is a good one, but I usually hang out in the parking lot to see their trucks.

County officials either do an appraisal in the office or by driving properties and can be based on numerous things such as an increase in average sales price of houses in the county/area.
