Hello Everyone,

My name is Albert Allen. I am new to the world of real estate and I currently abide in Jacksonville FL. My wife and I are mostly interested in wholesale, until we build up capital...but I understand that you must crawl before you walk!

I have read numerous posts on this site and they have been WONDERFUL!!...which inspired me to " get the lead out" and sign up to learn more. I have put my sales training, business sales and other skills to use for corporate for years...now its time that I try to apply those skills for me and my family.

Anyone that is in the Jacksonville area and that wants to reach out....I am more than willing to help in any way that I can...I am eagar to learn!!!

I am excited to see what the future holds...
