Might depend on your location and what you are promoting the property as.

Often posts about funded deals are also removed as too "promotional" Yes, we turn down deals.

(I am not sure about the rules regarding self promotion)  If you are already working with an agent in the area I would love to work along side of them and give you my opinion on the property from a property management perspective.  

I didn't know there was a policy here again self-promotion because it seems a good chunk of what goes on here on BP.

She is now saying she is being relocated for a promotion at work (not sure if this is an excuse to get out of the lease or not) and asked if we could work with her on some type of arrangement.  

Too many stories on here of out of state people that purchased in what was promoted to them as a B/A neighborhood, that was actually a D neighborhood! 

People have been promoted to new positions within Samsung etc etc.

I'm not saying there isn't a good place for smart, experienced wholesalers that know their stuff, but my requirements tend to be difficult for them so it's pretty much a waste of time because all they can promote is whatever deal they happen to have and send it to their entire mailing list.
