I try to be positive with suggestions but there is some things that are just true.  A lot of cash buyers aren't interested in being on a wholesaler's mailing list.  I also would never give my contact information out to someone at an auction-LOL.

I'm not trying to discourage you but only give a perspective if you are just starting out.
