Hey, guys, My names is Daniel Twigden.

My family and I live east of Lodi in California but are ready for a change. SO thanks to Bigger Pockets we are on the lookout for our first Quadplex house hack. We have a good size deposit of 70K but no credit due to me just getting my SS number and green card only a few months ago. That being the case our first goal is to find finance that works with our circumstances. Once we do this we are looking at multi-family homes and house hacking in cities that have job growth, pop growth, and home price growth. Our first Google searches showed FL and TX cities look promising. We like Austin TX, Parts of NC and Daytona Beach would also be great ( we love the beach ). My work is online so relocation is fine.

We're here to learn and make sure our first investment is the first of many to come. We would like to become full-time investors and we have the flexibility to put in the hours.

So please introduce yourself. Tell us about your markets and suggestions.

Very exciting

Thanks

Dan and the Twigden Family.
