My recommendation would be to find an insurance navigator to work through the options with you - they are trained by the state and free for you to access, usually work for community organizations.

The AZ LLC system is rather easy to navigate, simple to maintain, and very inexpensive compared to other states'Good luck!

I have a bit of a hard time navigating the site but that may be because I never go to the site unless a tenant is moving in or out. 

Showing properties is the easy part, navigating all the lender issues, title company issues, inspection issues..thats the hard part.
