New Member from Fort Smith, AR
I've been on here lurking for about a week, but just now getting around to sending out my introductory post. Right now my plan is to take a year to do nothing but read, educate myself, network, ask questions, and practice evaluating deals while i build some additional capital ready to invest. My vision is to initially take a buy, rehab, and hold strategy investing in small multifamily like duplexes/tri/quad and maybe mix in a SFR. As i grow my learning, capital, and experience I would like to scale up to small apartments. I look forward to the journey.
