Hi, for a basic real estate knowledge, has anyone ever checked out a college level real estate text book?

A little history about me: I have one more quarter left of college then I'll be out in the "real world."

I am in my 30's and currently own just one rental property in Boston (condo) but would like to focus on rural NJ or NY areas (especially college campuses, due my experience renting out to students in Beantown) in the future.
