Hi bp'ers!

This is John, and I say this is a great community!

I, like many of you here, would like to start focusing on low-price SFHs to start out. I am in my 30's and currently own just one rental property in Boston (condo) but would like to focus on rural NJ or NY areas (especially college campuses, due my experience renting out to students in Beantown) in the future. I would like one day, like my folks, own several commercial properties. But first thing first. ... Oh currently working in the financial services sectors so will be doing in a part-time basis.
